Tunaomba Saidia (Kiswahili for we ask your help) is a song about asylum seekers, and also the promise of a life free of persecution. The story of a young woman from East Africa and her family, we have decided to match the tone of the song by having the clip made in Kenya. Here is a short clip of the rehearsals currently going on. To Western eyes, happy melodies and dancing coupled with serious concepts can be a strange thing. But throughout Africa, song and dance is a part of every aspect of life. We look forward to sharing the finished clip with you soon, but here is a taster for now. Karibuni kila mtu!! PS. Dont forget we are touring very soon! See our Cover Photo for dates and details!
