Turbo Day 12 Im getting the choreography down, which boosts my confidence, which boosts my intensity! Today, I think I could wring a cup of sweat out of my hair! This high intensity workout is really building up my endurance which will help when I start running 40 miles a week for marathon training! It is working new muscles in a new way... so here is to hoping for a PR!! Ps... how the hell does she kick like that in superspeed?!
