Turbo Jouney continued... This morning was a HIIT workout for 15 minutes followed by strength training for 30 minutes. Did you know that you burn 9X the fat and build your cardio endurance when you do a HIIT workout??!! CRAZZZZZY! The strength portion was TOTAL BODY!! All of the strength moves were combined upper and lower body- squat with a bicep curl or this leg press/ab work/upper row. Today was an awesome combo of EVERYTHING!! #firedrill #turbo #hiit #strength #nodiggity
