Turning up 15 minutes late to work and being bullied by a colleague for doing so is hardly the good morning one might expect. What might be even worse is hearing that this bully in doing what he or she does could be sending out a cry for help that is being masked by terrible behaviour. When the workplace brings out the worst in an otherwise lovely person it’s no excuse, but, I’d sure like to find out what someone might have to believe or feel in order to behave in a way that is workplace bullying.
