Turns out Frontier is not at fault. our phone died and needed replacing Funny, when I was growing up we had the same black phone attached to the kitchen wall for about 20 years and it never needed replacing. I couldnt walk around the house and forget where i left it. It had a rotary dial instead of a touch pad. But the phone didnt die. We moved. This piece of junk was just two years old, cost 50 dollars and is dead. And we call this progress.
