*Turtle Update* Xray today showed some bone healing! The space between the pieces of the ulna is measurably smaller! The nice white outline is not there yet but I can see progress! The other bone still needs to mend but is improving. His spirits are good despite being stuck in his kennel beside Kenna during the thunderstorm yesterday. It is not clear at this time if a second surgery will be required. We likely have a few more months of recovery time but the infection has not returned as yet. Ill take these baby steps over one step forward and two back any day! Oh, and Caren his bionic dog video is now in the planning stages!
