Tutti Fruity Biscuit 50 gms- tutti fruity (i have use cashewnut here) 250 gms- Maida 50 gms- Custard powder 15 gms- Milk powder 150 gms- Powdered sugar 150 gms- Butter 1 tsp- Cardamom powder 1 pinch- Baking powder 1 tbsp- Water Few drops of vanilla essence. For chocolate flavour use coco powder. In a bowl,Mix tutti fruity, maida, custard powder, milk powder, cardamom powder, baking powder and keep aside. In a deep bowl mix butter and powdered sugar till its light and fluffy. It will look creamy in colour. Now add essence and water, and again mix well. Little by little add the flour mix into this and keep mixing it. Keep scrapping from the sides while mixing with flour. When all the flour is added, knead the dough well with hands till its soft. Take a small ball from this dough and roll it, keep it thick. I had place a butter place while rolling it. Sprinkle little flour while rolling. Cut whatever shape you want. Preheat the oven at 150 degree. Place a butter paper on the tray. With the help of spatula place the biscuits in the oven. Leave little space between them. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till light golden. ( what i did is that when i saw the base getting golden brown, i would switch off the oven and leave it for 2-3 minutes inside.) Be careful when removing them, use spatula, they will b soft. Cool them in room temperature.
