Please send your current resume to Ms Thao Nguyen at thao.n@chapivietnam (Note: Only short-listed candidates will be telephoned for interviews and CVs will not be returned) Job tittle; Travel Consultant x 2 positions Job Descriptions; - Managing a client portfolio - Communicating with B2B clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone - Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products - Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures - Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales - Making calculations and sending quotations - Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created - Attending team meeting Job Requirement; - Good knowledge of Vietnam destinations - Good knowledge of US and European travel market and clients - Travel industry course and/or experience within travel industry (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged. - Computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office - Excellent spoken and written English - Able to work under high pressure and overtime - Provide timely and accurate information and excellent support to customers (agents, suppliers and clients). - Service all inquiries professionally and efficiently within 12 hours or according to business needs - Ensure bookings run within budget
