Twelve clergy or spouse persons participated in the 122nd Healthy Transitions Wellness Retreat at Geneva Camp and Conference Center in Holland, Michigan, last week. They came from Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia, and were from four denominational affiliations. They arrived feeling very isolated, rejected, and hopeless, but left with a sense of community. They found new friends and new hope. Their gifts were affirmed and their demeanors were lifted. They found it difficult to say goodbye. Thats what the MTM ministry is about! Thank you for praying for the retreat participants and leaders last week. We felt the power of your prayers and the presence of our Lord. And, thanks to each of you who helped to make the retreat possible through your financial contributions. Your gifts are investments in the lives of these wounded servants of God.
