Twenty-five years ago, I bought a new vacuum. It was the latest in design at the time, light weight, yadda, yadda. Today, everytime I bump into a chair a puff of dust from two and half decades gleams on the sunlight. Ive had it tuned up, bags changed, more yadda, yadda, and now I think it is time for a new one. I peeked at the isle at Target and to my surprise, vacuums have been revolutionized. When did that happen? Help!! How can I tell the good from the bad?
