Twenty seven years ago I give birth to my eighth child, my sixth daughter. I named her Zuri. When she was eleven month old she was diagnose with sickle cell anemia. They told me that she may not make it until she was three years old. I never told any of the other children this, it was hard enough on me. They watch their baby sister go thru a lot of pain from this disease. In and out of the hospital every three month or sometimes every couple weeks. I remember she was very sick one time and the whole family came to her bedside. They left school got on the bus to see their baby sister. I sat and rock in the chair and someone ask me was I alright. My answer was She belongs to Allah. Thank you Allah for you are the best of planner. You know whist we know not. All praise is do to Allah. December 3 1986
