Twenty years ago today Carole was rushed into Poole for an emergency C section where they delivered a large, but two month premature baby boy. The first two weeks were pretty touch and go for both of them as one was in the special care unit, the other in intensive care - that time of my life is now a blur. Carole has recovered from the ordeal (albeit with diabetes) and Ash has grown into a remarkable young man who has given us the best twenty years any proud parents could wish for. Happy Birthday Ash.
