Twice in as many weeks Safaricom has called me to enquire about my satisfaction with their services, much as it seems odd that of numbers picked at random mine can appear twice, the most interesting part is that at the end of each conversation they ask for my name. As a registered M-Pesa user and a Post-pay client I would bet a million that Safaricom has my details at their fingertips and any successful market research would be one that identifies specific target group before reaching out to them, I take great exception to this disturbing occurrence which my conscience tells me has more than meets the eye. I always record those calls and I have forwarded them to my confidantes just in case. Am not ruling out mischief.
