Two Deputies brutally attacked a smart mouth 15 year old girl. I guess this means that spanking kids is legal because these deputies apparently couldnt handle a 15 year old girl. While I acknowledge that the little girl was probably acting like a spoiled smart mouth brat, I doubt very seriously that what these two grown men did to a young teen was justified. She gives a little lip, kicks off her shoe, and then pays for it dearly. So much for professionalism. LOL Their solution was to punch her, grab her hair and slam her face into the floor, spend 20 seconds hand cuffing her, and then picking her up by her hair. So there you go Parents. Capital punishment for kids must be legal.
