Two Inmates Walk Away From Minimum Security Facility at Mule Creek State Prison IONE – CDCR is searching for two inmates who were discovered missing from Mule Creek State Prison’s minimum security facility Wednesday morning. Following a security check, the pair was confirmed missing at 10:50 am. Authorities are searching for inmates Patrick Raines and Johnny Maciel. Raines, 21, is a Caucasian male, 6’1” tall, weighing 213 pounds, with short blond hair and blue eyes. He was received from San Diego County and is serving a six-year sentence for carjacking. He has a parole date of March 2016. Maciel 37, is a Caucasian male, 6’0” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was received from Placer County and is serving a 15-year, four-month sentence for 2nd degree burglary. He has a parole date of June 2016.
