Two Soldiers Arrested for Beating Police Officer to Death Two army officers in Lusaka have been arrested for beating up a police officer to death. The two army officers from Mikango barracks in Lusaka descended on two police officers who had been on a mission to recover stolen items in the barrack after a suspect led them there. However, the two soldiers confronted the police officers asking them why they did not declare their guns when they entered the barrack leading to an argument that led to the police officers being brutally assaulted.
