Two Theft Arrested in Legaspi City January 5, 2015/ 7:30 PM /Metro Gaisano Mall located at Brgy. Bitano, Legazpi City. Victim: Owner of Metro Gaisano Mall represented by Domingo Torreja Marin Jr., 39 years old, married, Security Officer of the aforementioned mall and a resident of Brgy. Bitano, Legazpi City. Status: Unharmed Suspect: Grace Gonzales y Bueno, 29 years old, single, a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. 6, Malilipot, Albay; and Ramil Austero y Buenafe, 18 years old, single, and a resident of Brgy. 30, Pigcale, Legazpi City Status: Under custody Legaspi City Jail Brief Narrative of the Incident: Lar Mae Del Puso y Lorayna, 22 years old, single, a resident of Sitio Mabatag, Brgy. Sagpon, Daraga, Albay; and Sofronio Mata Jr. y Relorcasa, 29 years old, married, a resident of Brgy. 37, Bitano, Legazpi City, both civilian intelligence of Metro Gaisano Mall, Legazpi City caught inflagrante delicto the suspects for stealing one piece gray Converse t-shirt worth Php 999.75. Arrested suspects and the recovered looted item were turned-over to Legazpi CPS for proper disposition. Legazpi CPS filed an inquest case for Theft against the suspects before the City Prosecutors Office, Rawis, Legazpi City duly received and signed by Assistant City Prosecutor Charo Marie A. Arjona-Tena docketed under V-02-INQ-15A-00003. Further, said arrested suspects were committed to Legazpi City Jail by virtue of commitment order duly issued by Hon. Arlinda Gratil-Resari, Presiding Judge of MTCC Branch 1, Legazpi City dated January 6, 2015.
