Two Words: Air Conditioning. Happy Monday to you. If you cant stand the heat, get out of the kitchen and head for our air conditioned dining room. Today were serving Meatloaf (while supplies last) Turkey A La King and Polish Sausage with Sauerkraut. Maybe one of our Tuna Salads on a bed of fresh greens will hit the spot for you, or a Turkey Sandwich-both from our regular menu. If the air conditioning alone doesnt grab you, how about a nice cold #CraftBeer? With 20 craft selections (and a few not so crafty options) we have something to catch your interest. Have a pint while watching the #StanleyCupFinals at 5pm, the #Athletics at 7pm and the #SFGiants at 7:15. And speaking of the Giants, John Shea in todays SF Chronicle points out that the team has the best record at this point in the season for the first time since 1962. He writes Nobody at the China Basin ballpark except for Willie Mays and Willie McCovey, both of whom took in the game on a gorgeous Sunday, had known exactly what it was like to be 42-21 in orange and black. Both were on the 62 team that streaked to a 103-62 record and the World Series....McCovey remarked.....its still early. Go Giants!
