Two Year Preparation for Sacraments The Diocese of Scranton requires that all students preparing for the Sacrament of 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation must be enrolled in religious education classes for at least two years. Parents/Guardians of students in the Confirmation Class are reminded that they must also register their child for Religious Education by completing the yellow registration form that was mailed home. If you have not registered, please do so as soon as possible. All Confirmation students are still receiving Religious Education and preparing for the reception of the final Sacrament of Initiation – Confirmation.
