Two caterpillars were crawling across the grass when a butterfly flew over them. They looked up, and one nudged the other and said, “You couldn’t get me up in one of those things for a million dollars.” When we look back at where change and progress has taken place in our Christian life, we see that our transformation many times is as dramatic as the caterpillar becoming the butterfly. Let us ascribe to the apostle Paul’s words in Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” God, let me grow to reflect the brilliance You create in me.
