Two cops who beat a mentally ill homeless man to death two years ago are going to trial for murder and manslaughter. The murdered man, Kelly Thomas screamed repeatedly for help from his dad [who was miles away] and panicked that he couldn’t breathe as cops beat him into unconsciousness on June 5, 2011. He died in the hospital 5 days later, from a crushed thorax. Video of the fatal beating shows 6 or 8 cops present. Why arent they all charged with murder? The fatal blows were delivered by Officer Manuel Ramos, who taunted Thomas. “Now see my fists?” the officer asked. “They are getting ready to f*** you up.”
