Two days ago I was offered a job completely out of the blue. My supervisor in Reception Services at the Hospital pulled me aside and explained that the Director of Client Services was hoping I would be interested in the job opening they had available. I accepted and signed the paperwork today. Its a big job that pays more money than I ever thought I would make in my lifetime not having gone to college. I figured I would be working 2-3 jobs that pay just over minimum wage for as long as I was living a single woman. It is something I accepted a long time ago and I have just told myself to be as positive and cheerful as possible about it. I felt I should be thankful that I even had a job and was able to make it on my own and should make the work as enjoyable as possible. I didnt even do it expecting something better to come along. Apparently my positive attitude and hard work has not gone unnoticed, and I couldnt be more grateful. Im very excited about this job and feel like its going to help me grow more than I thought possible. Enjoy each and every moment you can in life! If the universe feels you can appreciate what you have and what youre given, itll just keep on giving. Life lesson I seem to be learning right now. Positive attitude is everything.
