AT EMERYVILLE: Strong(wo)man Gone Wild! 2-Person teams perform max reps in 2 minutes at the following 10 stations: Atlas Stone to Shoulder Log Press/Push Press Fat Bar Deadlift Double KB Front Squat Heavy DB Farmers Walk Tire Flip Prowler Push Sledgehammer Strike to Tire Backward Med Ball Throw Sled Drag * 1 Minute Transition Between Stations AT UPTOWN: 20-Minute AMRAP as a 2-Person Team: Run 200m 10 Pull-Ups or 15 Ring Rows Run 200m 10-20 Push-Ups Run 200m 20 KB Swings @ 53#/35# One person runs 200m while the other person does pull-ups/ring rows, then they switch (the person who just did the run then does the pull-ups/ring rows and vice-versa). They then continue in that fashion through the push-ups and KB swings, with one person running while the other person dos the gym exercise. Teams cannot switch until both people are done with their piece (e.g., you cant move on to the gym exercise after you come in from the run until your partner is done with his or her piece).
