Two great sessions to promote today so please share this post... Fast Fitness on Monday 6pm at Little Eaton Park is a 30 minute equipment free session, which is a fab way to kick start the week and get the body going after the weekend. Great for those who have little time to train or who want to start with short sessions and build up. All levels welcome, so come and have some fun!! Total Body Blast on Wednesday 9.30am at Hazelwood Memorial Hall in an hour long workout for the whole body and includes resistance (weights), body weight, core, cardio and lower body exercises. Options are always given for you to work at your own level in this friendly but focused group. Hope to see you at a session soon!!!
