Two items ... watching kens 5 news at 4pm they have their spurs desk at the at&t center, I am wondering if they are aware they interviewed an orejon gang member. Secondly and more important hey mentioned the city wanting to make city wide school zones safer by installing more flashing lights and school zone markings on the streets all the flashing lights and street markings will not slow down speeding motorist. The only thing that will slow them down is having a law enforcement officer present to slow down motorist by issuing speeding tickets in a school zone and another thing that would assist slowing motorist down in absence of law enforcement being present is installing speed bumps on either side of a cross walk in the school zones.
