Two men could issue stand down orders, they were during Benghazi - TopicsExpress

Two men could issue stand down orders, they were during Benghazi Secretary Panetta and President Obama. Only one man could authorize the action as it would have required an incursion through the borders of another sovereign nation. That is the sole duty of the sitting President in the capacity of Commander In Chief. Absent a presidential order to proceed or act it falls on the Secretary of Defense to issue a stand down order. The failure of the President to act lends a large amount of credence to the rumor and speculation that a staged covert kidnapping of Ambassador Stevens was planned to facilitate and Arms for Hostage deal. If his is ever found to be true all the participants in the planning and execution would be guilty of betraying their oaths of office. The results of an act such as this would be an act of treason. The gross lies and distortions after the fact seems to give more credence to this rumor. The Congressional hearings thus far have shed no light on the question of why we even in Benghazi and why we remained there with inadequate security as other nations pulled their diplomats from Benghazi due to intelligence indicating the area was no longer safe and defensible. They questions MUST be asked and answered. Americans deserve the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We are capable of determining if any of these actions were both necessary and justified. ~Benghazi~MLB And you and I both know it was Ovomit that gave the orders. Now Congress nees to get off thier dead asses and do something ! NOW
