Two month ago every morning I got up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was tired. I am not the person who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my strength was exhausted. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the end wasn’t effective. I must let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will suggest you an easy, advantageous and valid approach which I have used.
