Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the one who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my might was out. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the end wasn’t distinct. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an easy, commodious and valid method which I have used.
