Two new Bible Institute classes will be starting soon - register today! The Church: Called, Equipped, Sent This course presents the biblical teaching on the Church with a focus on what it means to be the people of God in today’s world. We will discuss topics such as who is the Church, the nature and purpose of the Church, the characteristics of a healthy church, styles of church government and leadership, and the meaning of baptism and communion. Each session will be self-contained so one can drop in any class. Students may also take all six sessions of this class for Bible Institute credit. Apologetics: The Why Course Most of us can describe what we believe as Christians. But can you be as clear about why you believe it – or why anyone else ought to? To bolster the confidence of believers – and help others overcome barriers to faith – this course takes on key topics that get behind the what to clarify the why we should accept Christianity’s claim to the truth.
