Two nights ago we had a terrible incident in the camp. Some malicious people with evil intentions deliberately burnt down the camp mess tent. The whole tent and everything inside was turned to ash. Police are investigating and so far have confirmed the fire was caused by a petrol bomb.The Elephant Aware team are doing the best we can to overcome this vicious and heinous attack. The Rangers are still out there protecting elephants even during this terribly tough time. Luckily nobody was hurt.
