Two people encounter each other at the wrong time and ends up in tragedy. It still ends up being tragic if both had been white or both black or both Hispanic, both of Asian decent. A woman judge and an all Female Jury. Years ago, these parties would not have been involved. A fair trial is the debate. I think its the most impartial jury that they could have found that both sides agreed to the seating and both sides agreed to what the potential rulings could be. The outcome still does not supersede that it is still a tragedy.
