Two problems: For any lawsuit, there has to be a clear and injured party. Sheriff Joe does not have that kind of standing. The second problem is that Obama hasnt done anything. He hasnt created a new law, he hasnt changed an old law. He has only changed the priorities in which to enforce the current law based on available resources. I have a better idea for Sheriff Joe: why not direct all of your energy and angst towards those who REALLY have the power to do something about the immigration problem instead of simply grandstanding? That entity is called CONGRESS.
