Two random facts about Malawi that makes the connection for me going there even stronger: 1. Area-Comparative Slightly smaller than Pennsylvania (my home state) 2. Their constitution has been in place since 1995 (the year I graduated high school) Every citizen of the United States has access to a primary and secondary education. In Malawi, primary education is not compulsory but the constitution does guarantee five years of education. To me this is nonsense. My belief is that every human being who wants an education should have access to at least a primary and secondary education. Help me reach my goal of $5000 to go to Malawi in February, 2015 to help break ground and begin to build a primary school.
