I love to cook, drink, catch up on shows ( parks and rec, south park, house of cards, etc) or just hang out and read comics. We will have a private courtyard is shared but we will partition between our apartment and two others, so i am looking forward to hanging out and barbecuing all summer! I (Brandon) live a rather simple life and i am not looking for a constant party house, but encourage you guys to have guests and enjoy your time as well. We are looking for a roommate who is close to our age, responsible, clean, respectful to others, and feel comfortable hanging out every now and then. Im a 25 year old female and work full time at an interior design firm in Midtown. Im originally from Florida, and Ive lived in New York for 3 years now. I love everything related to art and design and love exploring the city. I also enjoy baking so sweets will definitely be around the apartment! I enjoy going out from time to time, especially weekend brunch. The shows I am currently watching are Revenge and Scandal. In my free time I love painting and would love for my roommates to hold me accountable to finish the current collection Ive been working on! ABOUT THE APARTMENT / BUILDING Its only 2 blocks from the L & M trains at the Myrtle-Wyckoff station. Planet Fitness right across the street from the subway station(theres a gym in our building too!.) Its also only right around the corner of a huge grocery store and a lot of other cool places are near by as well. Each room has both a window & a closet!! The kitchen is brand new stainless steel appliances (and a dishwasher!) and there is a pretty large common area as well as one bathroom. Its in an apartment complex with a lot of security included. It has roof access (with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline) and theyre also planning on putting in a laundry room soon (currently being finished)! Theres also a really cool courtyard (2nd courtyard is currently being worked on). We will be the first people to live in the apartment since the renovation. There is bicycle parking IN our building!! The whole building has a really young vibe to it so Im sure everyone that checks it out will love it! FYI: Jon will be handling all the inquires since im busy most of the day.
