Two rooms in a lovely home in Brunswick West! House is: 4 bedroom, large, light-filled Brunswick abode with pretty bay windows. Massive lounge-room that flows onto formal dining room and kitchen. Shower over bath, two toilets with separate laundry. Heating/cooling system. Large front/backyard. 3 minute walk to the 55. 25/30 minutes to the city. Rooms have: Built-in wardrobes, wooden floorboards, highish ceilings, and you! One is medium-sized/ one is on the smaller scale of things on a scale. House will be inhabited by: Gen is 25, f, landscaper, enjoys trees, music (knows the best bands you can never find on Spotify), and the internet. Sam is 24, f, works in financial crime, bicycle enthusiast, scarf wearer, and book acquirer/reader (Vonnegut, Waugh, Dahl, Gogol). We bond over a love of beer and useless facts. You would also be sharing with a dachshund called Basil. He is a dog so enjoys regular dog activities, like playing fetch, barking at birds, and being very handsome. You would be: -A bill and rent payer. Similar age/maturity level to us. Clean (no overly but you can take care of business). A sense of humour or you at least have fantastic taste. We have just signed the lease and move in date has been set to the 27th of November. We would prefer to have met candidates prior but can be flexible if you want to see the property prior. The house is pretty lovely and spacious with 3 sheds out the back which will be converted into creative spaces for either art/woodwork/taxidermy/etc. Rent would be between $500-$600 (to be determined) plus bond (1 x month’s rent). You would also be open to going on to the lease in the future.
