Two things I learned from today: 1. I need better work out clothes!! Tight fitting fitness clothes serve a purpose other than what Ive always thought which is to just show off muscles. When doing floor work or transitioning between exercises, big & baggy clothes (that I am used to wearing because they trick me into thinking I am hiding the obvious fatness of my belly) just get cumbersome and in the way. As scary as this prospect is - I am going to have to invest in some Under Armor type clothes. I may not be comfortable with how I look in them yet - but It sure will make the process go a lot smoother!! 2. You know that old saying about how women dont sweat, they glow? Well let me tell you something - I sweat - and I sweat a LOT! Who knew? I cant remember the last time I did something to actually work up a sweat like I have the past few days. Im talking sweat running down your face dripping off your nose kind of sweating!! But you know what? It feels good to work up that kind of sweat! Someone once said that sweat is fat crying - well lets just say I have some pretty depressed fat on my hands!! LOL And dont worry, theres no chance of me dehydrating - I drank about 160 ounces of water today. No Im not kidding, I really did drink more than a gallon of water!
