Two things: first, dont look at a pregnant womans body and tell her what she is having. Rude! Second, if you are pregnant and were a normal weight you NEED to gain between 25-35 pounds, if you were underweight to start then you need to gain more. The weight goes to important things like the placenta, which is where your babys source of nutrients and so much more come from. Dont watch what you eat so you dont pack on the pounds. Eat healthy and get your calories, your baby will have a stronger brain and immune system. Dont let someones insensitive remark to not gain to much weight ruin it for you. Seriously, youre growing a baby and its only nine months of your life, youll get your body back after if you want it bad enough. That was more than two things I know, but its been driving me crazy!!!
