Two things from behind the curtain: Homeland Security has just asked vendors to bid on production of nine million green cards immediately and 35 million within years. This may signal the breadth of the illegal immigrant amnesty that Obama has said he will unilaterally and illegally order after the election. Second, HHS has quietly agreed to ObamaCare escape clauses in contracts with insurance companies if subsidies should end. This indicates HHS is very worried how the IRS ignored the law saying there are no subsidies when there is no state-created exchange. Many believe a Supreme Court review of these IRS rules would end them--which could end ObamaCare.
