Two things wrong here.. First lets talk the motorcyclists: Dude, shut up and let the officer say why before you begin badgering him. You are only pissing him off more. After he has said they why in which he believed to be his justifiable reason, then you can try and reason with the officer. No, he can not take your camera without a lawful warrant for doing so, so chill. Lets talk the officer: Honestly, unless that individual was being reckless and endangering other drivers on the road he should not have been stopped. Now to people (and this is the MOST IMPORTANT PART): Wheather you believe it or not, every officer patrolling is in fear of his life at the time of every stop. So be calm and respectful. You will achieve nothing by being belligerent and ignorant. What you can not resolve in a reasonable manner at the scene, seek the proper resolution in court. Its that simple.
