Two urgent prayer needs. Pray for Lee Owney, a friend of many at Venture, who suffered a stroke late last week. Doctors have just found internal bleeding that will prove fatal if not immediately stopped. We dont have full details but, this is our most recent report. Also, lift up Michelle Vollmer in prayer. She has suffered from lupus for many years. Due to recent complications she has been admitted into New Hanover Hospital. Pray with confidence because... Philippians 4:6-7 says 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. The power of God is incomprehensible and unfathomable. Lets lift up prayers upon prayers for these two and their families as one church, one community, and as one kingdom.
