Two weeks ago I decided I want to get fit again so I started to do all the body building exercises with only a 25mm diameter round bar one meter long, I start off with 50 incline push ups, then 60 reps of all the other exercises, you will be surprised how heavy that bar can become, I dont want to build muscles only get fit. My target is to reach 100 reps of each exercise. ( ps, if it dont kill me first.) HaHa.
