Two weeks ago I offered an opportunity for people to test drive a funnel we had built for a Fortune 100 Company. I had 172 people take me up on that offer. This led to some great conversations and some awesome ideas on ways to make the funnel even more efficient. In the last two weeks weve hired a Six Sigma Greenbelt Project Manger to map out the Gantt Charts for this funnels implementation over a one year period. Weve also brought in a Microsoft Blackbelt to wrap the delivery of this funnel for B2B Enterprise Sales to other Fortune 100 Companies (just as a note I was wearing a brown belt while this was all going on).. This is the first funnel that weve ever put six figures of resources into. After nine months, five complete runs, investments in Hubspot, Facebook Marketing, Google AdWords, Bing Marketing, AdRoll, Consultants, and our own blood sweat and tears we are taking on our first five clients over the next 30 days to run this funnel for a full year. The investment weve made into this is huge. Im hesitant to share this but Ive already had a few people ask me for a copy. Im trying to come up with a way to release this in a controlled manner... give me a few more days and Ill come up with something... stay tuned...
