Two weeks and one day ago. I begged the internet for a Kombucha SCOBY. The Dallas Llama came through with the goods. Now I have gallons of tasty Brewcha! I do intend to consume all of it myself. But if any of yall want to come taste or steal some, bring a smile. More importantly, I have free SCOBYs for anyone else that wants to start brewing. I should have four right now, each can be split to make a gallon each. That means you can be financially independent from those nasty health food stores and their tempting tasty teas.
