Two weeks from today we will be heading to Lousiville, once again... for Laylas heart catheterization. This is a relatively simple procedure, compared to open heart surgery... but she still has to be put under. Last time she had this done, she stopped breathing, and had to intubated. Im hoping this gives us the information we have been waiting for. Im terrified of what the results may be... they sent her home with us, so her vessels could have a chance to grow since they were too small for surgery. I have prayed every single day since, for growth and the hope that they can do something to for my baby girl. Because at one point, they told us there was nothing they could do...and I am not ready for that diagnosis. I have Faith that all will be okay.. she is a fighter and I know I can trust in the Lords plan for her. But, please keep praying... if surgery is an option we will be heading to Ohio... if its not, there will be other procedures that they will attempt... but Im not sure where we will go from there. Its rough watching your child, who seems so happy, and healthy...but knowing their heart and lungs are failing on the inside. Its all one a big waiting game... but I am so thankful for this chance to battle along side her.
