Two weeks of grad school are officially in the books and honestly I could not be more excited about the rest of it. Ive already met so many amazing people between classmates and professors and the support and family feel of the program overall has just been incredible. My adviser and prof has been a tremendous resource and is pushing me to pursue the doctorate after my dual masters and look at teaching at the university some day. My coordinator at the clinic has already started talking about staying on at the low vision clinic even after I graduate and the potential of it all is just overwhelming but at the same time so incredibly exciting that I can hardly believe I just got here. The breweries are pretty damn nice too so all in all, Kalamazoo is making a pretty damn good case for employment/living.
