Two-weeks post-op update. Got the cast off yesterday and its replaced with a limited ROM brace. I can take it off to shower, for therapy and to take a progress photo. The incisions are huge. Rotation is minimal in my forearm (supination / pronation). No flexing or loading my bicep for at least 3 more weeks. The physical therapists were shocked by how little inflammation and pain I had at my first session yesterday. The supplements, essential oils and cryotherapy seem to be doing their jobs. Im still hoping to do stem cell injections or PRP injections and plan to get an e-stim unit for my chest, shoulders and back.
