Two women with 3 stair stepper toddlers youngest may be 18 months just old enough to not fall when crossing a room oldest maybe 3 1/2. I walk out of my building and walk 250/350 to my car, I get in and start to back up. I see two women, one holding a baby car seat in a manor that indicates nothing living is in it. Then I see a women with one of those two children strollers, and it looks empty. They get to their car, which from the door is 3/4 the way to my car, say 200 from the door. I finish moving my car the rest of the backward u-turn I need
