Two years ago, I remember being right here, anxious, but resigned. For weeks, I wanted to just sit on the ball, but my team talked me into spending money on ads and yard signs. The Monday before, my campaign adviser sat me down in a two hour Steve Spurrier moment and convinced me to fight, so I did. Now, I was sitting on the couch with my Maine squeeze waiting for the polls to close. All the signs put out had been stolen (interesting note: I didnt have to pick up signs. There werent any left). We left at seven to go to Moes downtown. The next two hours were the most jaw dropping of my life. Not the time to talk about that. Just wanted to say that my heart is with all of you with the balls to run for office, liberal or conservative. You put your money where your mouth is. Im glad I ran. I will NEVER DO IT AGAIN!!!!
