Two years ago I was just getting out of the nursing home THE BEST rehabilitation center ever.. Hickory Point Christian Village... but after 3 weeks I was ready to get out so I was determined to walk on my own and eat again. It was all I could do to walk a few steps without the walker but Celebration here I come. Dont remember too much except that I slowly sat down and leaned against the civic center wall and was too embarrassed to tell my family I just didnt have the strength to stand up. I think they thought I was having so much fun listening to the band NOT lol. So here I am alive with a few issues but thanking God for giving me another chance to live...and Im NOT sitting down at the celebration where I wish I was. Maybe tomorrow :)
