Two years ago I wrote the very first blog post on Mommys Me Time. I had one child, and was two months away from having twins. They were born, and I FELL IN LOVE with my sweet girls. Then the honeymoon phase wore off, reality set in, and I learned that having three kids within 17 months was A LOT. The months to come would be some of the hardest and darkest of my life. Just as the fog started to lift a bit, we found out we were expecting ANOTHER baby, for a grand total of four kids under three years old. Weeks before number four was born, the Lord helped me write a note to my mom friends out there who had a toddler and a baby. Little did I know, He had plans to share it with over a million readers, and that day by day new moms would find my blog. See, the thing is, sometimes God chooses to use us when we least expect it. At a point in my life when I didnt think I could handle one more thing, God decided it was the perfect time to help me share my story. I couldnt be more grateful for the opportunity to connect with each and every one of you. Thank you for the emails, messages, comments, and likes. If I havent gotten back to you yet, I will! I absolutely LOVE doing life together, and am so honored that youd choose to follow this page. I dont know where youre at today, but my prayer is that youd know that God has amazing plans for you too, and that He just might BLESS you when you dont see it coming.
